We are looking for an experienced and skilled Estimator/Sales rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines. Estimators must also have experience with customer relations, as they will be responsible for analyzing customers' situations, identifying potential issues and resolving problems in a timely fashion. This is a commission based job and may not be for everyone. The amount you make is based on you- and we have proven this structure works great for those who are no longer trying to just make a paycheck that only pays the bills. This is for someone who wants more and is HUNGRY for more.

Responsibilities:

• Determine which jobs to bid.
• Compile cost and material estimates for jobs.
• Perform on-site estimates for jobs.
• Review estimates from competitors.
• Work with the production crew to coordinate material purchase and delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cape Coral, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
